Marnie Rays

1. Booking & Payments

A booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable. By booking a retreat, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified at the time of booking. If the balance is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any payments made.

2. Cancellation by You

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of retreat planning and the upfront costs involved, the following terms apply:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you cancel more than 30 days before departure, your payment can be transferred to a future retreat within one year of your original booking date. Transfers are permitted once only.
• If you cancel within 30 days of departure, your booking is non-transferable and non-refundable, and the full balance remains payable.

If you are unable to attend your retreat for any reason, including illness, personal circumstances, or travel disruption, these cancellation terms will apply.

3. Cancellation or Changes by Us

We reserve the right to make minor changes to the retreat itinerary where necessary.

We also reserve the right to cancel a retreat in the following circumstances:

• If minimum participant numbers are not met
• If events outside of our control make it unviable or unsafe to run the retreat

In the event that we cancel a retreat, you will be offered:

• A transfer to a future retreat, or
• A full refund of monies paid to us

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you, including flights or other travel arrangements.

4. Travel & Insurance

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat.

We are not responsible for travel disruption outside of our control, including (but not limited to) flight cancellations, delays, or global events.

We strongly recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This should cover:

• Cancellation
• Travel disruption
• Medical expenses
• Personal belongings

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Extreme weather
• Pandemics
• Political instability
• Transport disruptions

In such cases, we reserve the right to make changes, postpone, or cancel the retreat.

6. Health & Responsibility

By attending a retreat, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate in the activities offered.

You agree to inform us of any relevant medical conditions prior to travel.

You participate in all activities at your own risk. Marnie Rays Ltd is not liable for any injuries or incidents that occur during the retreat, except where caused by proven negligence.

7. Behaviour

We aim to create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all guests.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the retreat without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

8. Liability

Marnie Rays Ltd shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of enjoyment
• Missed travel connections
• Loss or damage to personal belongings

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the retreat, except in cases of proven negligence.

9. Photography & Content

During the retreat, photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes.

By attending, you consent to the use of this content unless you inform us otherwise in writing prior to the retreat.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a retreat with Marnie Rays Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
